Pipo Rioboo is an artist who lives and works in Malaga. His artistic career started more than twenty years, throughout which has been developing his painting; holder today their own language which, among others, has led him to be awarded last April 2013, with the first prize of the 14th contest ANDALUSIAN of painting contemporary \'City of Torremolinos\'.
His painting is a tool that allows you to establish a dialogue with the Viewer, showing you the reality from a positive point of view; It suggests and stimulates to reflect around her as the subject protagonist. Mixture of techniques and styles, is free, expressive and colourful, with informal, abstract and figurative roots posed scenarios of vitality that face life with joy. The \"Mediterranean collection\" is his current project, make it up more than 250 works, constantly growing in number and subject, orchestrated by three interrelated series, which reflect upon the Mediterranean culture, the world of wine and position both in the current socio-economic climate.
The first is \"Mediterranean peoples, there is color\", with landscapes of peoples of southern Europe, from Spain: round, Velez-Malaga, Alicante Sayalonga, Greece, among others, that in a context of lively chromatic intensity, invite the observer to have a look positive within the current socio-economic situation, projecting the vitality and lifestyle own South of Europe.
The second \"Indoor attractions\", in which addresses from a more figurative plane inside workplaces, homes: kitchens, lounges, etc., of the people inhabiting the Mediterranean peoples.
